Add a "translator note" possibility.

It would be usefull to have the possibility for each user to let some note about their work. It would be a sort of commenting the modifications made, or having to be made. I think particularly about this in the use we do of gobby as a multi-worker translation tool for the Ubuntu Weekly News.

It could be (just some ideas, but the main goal stays) :
_ A new hidable box working like a chatbox, where every user would let comment about the n line.
_ A smaller and different font, also hidable, not taken into account when printing/exporting/saving the document.
