libxml2.dll missing on windows

Description

I've just installed Gobby 0.4.5 on Windows XP and it seems libxml2.dll (as far as I can see this dll is a part of cygwin) is missing. After getting it from the internet, everything is running fine.

This should be fixed with 0.4.7.
