Description

Thank you for gobby, a very nice application. Here is something that I believe would make it even more valuable: some kind of backlog for the chat text. I can imagine achieving this in three ways. 

a) a command line client that can run 24/7 like irssi
b) gobby pulls the backlog from the server just like jabber clients do
c) sobby provides a mechanism to log chat text to a file which can then be published on the web

I am working on this for Gobby 0.4.93. It's going to be option b) which I think is most convenient. The basic functionality is already in libinfinity git but some UI work needs still to be done.

I pushed the changes to our repos. The UI is still a bit rough but will be polished for the 0.4.93 release.
