gobby's text send field is not clearly identified via speech

Description

(Using ORCA speech:)

When using orca speech and gobby, when the send message text field has been focused, it is not obvious what its use is for the blind user. Something like "send message field (text)" should be spoken when this chat msg field has been navigated to.
