Need french entries for gobby.desktop file

Please add the lines in gobby.desktop file :

Name[fr]=Gobby - Editeur collaboratif Comment[fr]=Edition collaborative de fichier texte

And change this line :

Name[de]=Gobby-Gemeinschaftseditor

to

Name[de]=Gobby - Gemeinschaftseditor

I added the French translation of the .desktop file. For the German one, I rather removed the dash altogether, so that it reads "Gobby Gemeinschaftseditor" which is what most other GNOME applications seem to do as well.
